Good Practice Guide

Good Practice Guides provide the collective view of CASME members' strategy and approach in different category areas.  The content is taken from sharing opportunities provided through our events and the subsequent meeting notes held on our Online Resource Centre, summarised and supplemented by subject matter experts.

Good Practice Guides are designed to help both the experienced Category Manager and those who have just been given responsibility for the category to formulate or improve their strategy, or simply stay informed of current good practice.

They are proving to be an essential point of reference, with a standardised format and key sections including: top ten tips, how to buy, optimising the total cost of ownership and moving to world-class category management.
